Innovation Celebration

The Fourth Grade G/T worked for almost five months this year creating inventions individually, and we also studied inventors. We did a lot of reseach reports on different inventors. We went to the museum of Science and History in For t Worth. Here we saw an exhibit called Inventions at Play. Our unit was called Innovations Celebration. We made a museum you could say, from the information we learned.

Invention Center
We gave the kids a problem and asked them to solve it with an invention of their own creation. |

We made commercials and videoed them. Then we created an imovie from the video. They were really special. |

Display Boards
Each one of us did a display board about our invention. It had many facts about our invention. We also had a picture of our invention. It included graphs of what people thought about our inventions. They looked very nice. |
