Comanche Annual
4th of July Fireworks

BAMM! Wow fireworks
light up the sky with red, blue,
green, and gold. The
annual 4th of July celebration and fireworks at the Comanche High
School Indian stadium on Highway 16 North, light up the dark sky.
Many people pack the
stadium to get a good view of the fireworks organized by the Comanche
Kiwanis Club. This begins
at 6:30 p.m. with games, contests, and food. Entertainment
like bands and individual
singers begin at 7:00 p.m.
A special tribute and
salute is given to all the veterans and members of the armed forces. They are invited to come to the football field for this recognition.
A patriotic segment and
flag raising ceremony concludes the program. Get ready! At 9:30 start listening for a big BOOM!
