When we went to the Comanche museum we saw the "old timey" school room. Their desks were bigger then our desks. They had a chalk board not a marker board. They also had built ink cans in their desks that was neat. They had a wooden stove to keep warm in the winter. Kids had to carry in the wood. The pictures on the walls were pretty.
